The product problem.
An edited listing image is only part of the work. A real estate workflow also needs the original, the relevant disclosure information, a delivery record, and an accessible way to inspect what was provided. SEAREI organizes these steps around a listing.
The workflow we built.
The product supports staging requests and a separate workflow for customers bringing their own staged images. Listing intake, image pairs, payments, review where applicable, and delivery are connected within the application.
- Listing and image intake with original/staged pairs
- Billing and customer account workflows
- Review and approval stages for staging orders
- Disclosure artifacts and public verification pages
Engineering beyond the customer screen.
The application connects an AI image workflow with file storage, role-based actions, billing, and operational records. Those supporting systems make the product useful to both the customer receiving a package and the people managing its delivery.
Evidence you can inspect.
The live SEAREI site explains its current offers and links to an example verification record. Its product materials distinguish illustrative before-and-after imagery from delivery documentation. Disclosure requirements vary; customers review the relevant source and confirm the rules that apply to their listing.
What this demonstrates for a client project.
SEAREI demonstrates a complete application workflow: collect inputs, process work, control permissions, take payment, and deliver a useful artifact. Similar product patterns apply to portals, approval systems, and document-based services. This is an owned-product portfolio example, not a claim about client results.
