SEATTLE PRODUCT STUDIO
We build B2B software and AI workflows. From your first idea to the product your business runs on.
Clear workflows and thoughtful interfaces, shaped around your users.
Your interface, AI, data, and business systems working together.
Tested software, a clear handoff, and a practical path forward.
01 / THE WORK SPEAKS
We bring an operator’s perspective because we build and run our own products. Explore the thinking, the systems, and the software.

AI agent evaluation with attack-testing support for 24 languages and CC BY 4.0 attack datasets. Explore the evidence and our fixed-price service.
Featured projects are products owned and developed by SEATECHONE. Staging imagery is illustrative; GuardMeter figures link to a reproducible sample report. Its 24-language tooling support is distinct from native-reviewed dataset coverage.
02 / WHERE WE CAN HELP
Start with the outcome you need. We connect the product experience and the technical work required to get there.
Turn a business need into software people can use. Customer portals, subscriptions, dashboards, and the systems behind them.
Make AI useful inside your actual operation. Connect models, business data, review steps, and the tools your team already uses.
Test agent behaviour and safety filters with attack-testing support for 24 languages. Inspect failures before a model change.
Launching something new or improving what already exists?

Software has to earn its place in a business. That shapes how we design it, build it, and help you run it.

Written scope. Working software. Clear acceptance criteria. Decisions are grounded in what the product needs to do for your users.
Code, deployment configuration, and operating guidance are part of the work. Handoff requirements are agreed as part of the project.

Each phase has a purpose, an agreed scope, and a concrete output. The plan fits your project.

Both. SEAREI and GuardMeter are our own products and are labeled that way in our portfolio. Client engagements draw on the same experience of designing, shipping, and operating software.
Yes. We can work on a defined part of an existing system, such as an AI workflow, a customer experience, a billing integration, or a release process. We start by reviewing the current architecture, constraints, and desired outcome.
We agree on the users, requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and budget before a build begins. Work is organized into fixed-scope phases. Timing and pricing depend on the project; the written proposal makes both clear. GuardMeter evaluations have their own published package prices.
The agreed source code, deployment configuration, documentation, and operating guidance are part of the handoff. Ownership, third-party licenses, support, and acceptance terms are set out in the project agreement.
GuardMeter is SEATECHONE’s AI agent evaluation and guardrail testing product. Use its open-source tooling or a focused service to compare safety filters and test endpoint behaviour with YAML scenarios. Suite audits check test strength and repeatability before release gates produce evidence your team can inspect. Evaluation is not legal certification.
